Our vision is for a small Christian community in every village and town, serving those we do life with, and organically growing the Church where we live.
Each community is unique, shaped by the people and places they are called to serve.
Growing together
Small Christian communities are a safe place where people of all ages can gather and look after one another; where prayer, worship, bible study, and discipleship involves all generations in creative ways, and where the church grows organically.
Simplicity
We are excited about expressions of church that fit in with everyday life and which revolve around the practices of:
CANDLE: the presence of God; Father Son and Holy Spirit in all of life, in every community and in every heart.
TABLE: community lived in and lived out around a table, a place of generosity hospitality and study.
DOOR: compelled by love to go outside in mission and to welcome in through the door the pilgrim, the friend and the stranger.
Environmentally responsible
Our vision is for everyone to be within walking distance of a Christian community.
We strive for expressions of church that are environmentally responsible, which make use of homes, village halls, and schools filled with people who get there with low or zero car miles.
We currently have missional communities in various stages of development in Bardney, Faldingworth, Scothern, Sudbrooke, Nettleham, Dunholme, Welton, and Witham St Hughs. Please get in touch for more information.
